Passage to Yoga offers an opportunity to experience authentic yoga. Our classes and teachers understand the traditional method of yoga, not just on the physical level but also on how this ancient practice can contribute to greater self-awareness and self-exploration in today’s world.
Our approach is to develop a sense of mindfulness and balance, which can be integrated into a healthy, positive outlook on exercise, diet, world issues and community.
Passage to Yoga is also a member of the Green Yoga Association. Our studio is designed according to the principles of health, harmony and responsibility ensuring that the space we practice and breathe in supports not just your health but the health of the planet as well.
